The architecture of this mixed-use office complex varies from building to building to best suit the village concept. HFR used an array of materials such as stone, brick and hardie trim to give each office its own bit of character. These multi-material offices also differ in color, which makes for diverse look. A parking garage sits hidden underneath the complex, and this design allowed HFR the opportunity to maximize the square footage of the site.
