With multiple balconies and curved gooseneck light fixtures, this development exudes the old mill and industrial look. As an owner-occupied building, it consists of ground store retail and second floor office space centered in historic downtown Duluth across the street from City Hall. HFR used airriscraft pre-cast blocks and arches to produce a mixture of rural and urban style. HFR considered occupying a portion of this building that matches its surroundings in the downtown area.
