This interior build-out of an existing multi-use development started as a 4,750 square foot suite and transformed into a 9,500 square foot medical office. With glass walls and curved architectural features, the design created a modern, high-end look, especially in the common areas. The phasing of construction allowed the business to remain open during the renovations. The medical office that specializes in internal medicine contains 17 exam rooms, phlebotomy, lab and an assortment of doctor’s offices.
