This Sugarloaf Medical Clinic project consisted of renovation of the existing 4,750 square foot medical office clinic and an expansion into an adjacent tenant suite of another 4,750 square feet for a new medical office clinic totaling 9,500 Square feet. The medical office clinic specializes in internal medicine contain 17 exams room, phlebotomy, lab, and an assortment of doctors’ offices.
