October 2022– Earlier this year, HFR was selected by Oconee County to design their 44,000 square foot Oconee County Administrative Building. This two-story building will provide a centralized space for all non-judicial county offices and a one-stop-shop experience for county services, including service walk-up windows, for constituents. The facility design was influenced during visioning sessions with input from Oconee County and various department heads. HFR is honored to have been chosen for this project and hopes the greater Oconee County community will be well-served by the convenience of this space.

HFR was represented at the June 30^th ground-breaking by Scott Magar, Casey Durden, Adam Glenn, and David Woodson.

The building is currently under construction and the anticipated completion date is set for July 2023.
