November 2024 – The HFR family congratulates our own, Jennifer Adame, recipient of the prestigious 35 Under 35 Award from Gwinnett Young Professionals. Each year, this honor aims to highlight the most influential young professionals in Gwinnett County, spotlighting their contributions to the community as innovators and change-makers in their respective fields.

Jennifer graduated from Kennesaw State University in the spring of 2023 with a Bachelor of Architecture, and a minor in Construction Management. In addition to numerous projects at HFR, Jennifer worked with the non-profit, Rainbow Village, to redesign their Community and Recreation Center. As a first generation Mexican American, Jennifer is an advocate for greater diversity and inclusion in careers in the STEM fields. As she puts it, “Ultimately, my goal is to empower and support young people with the knowledge and support they need to succeed.” Jennifer hopes her contributions to her community and her success at her work will inspire others to pursue their dreams.

Jennifer has been a part of the HFR family for eighteen months. As a valuable member of the HFR team, we are honored to support Jennifer as she pursues her professional and personal goals.
