Design for Hull City Hall

January 2021 –The City of Hull, located in Madison County, GA, is quickly expanding its vision under the leadership of Mayor Paul Walton and the City Council – a vision that includes development of a new Downtown City Center. It is important for the city administration, and the community, to prioritize
establishment of the downtown area to take advantage of an expanding economy in the area and to capitalize on new opportunities for growth.

The HFR proposed City Hall is intended to replace the current aging City Hall facility to improve the functionality and efficiency of city governmental services from a centralized location and will serve as the first visual marker as the heart of the new Downtown City Center.  The building will provide administrative offices and support space for city staff, and will be highlighted by a multi-purpose Council Chambers and Community Meeting Room.
