Classic City Bank opened in Athens, Georgia in late 2020 – the first new bank formed in Athens since 2005.  This bank headquarters is a traditional community bank focused on serving small and medium-size businesses and consumers with the goal of banking the whole customer – the business, the business owner, and the owner’s family.

With digital banking on the rise, modern retail bank designs are about creating customer experiences and benefiting customers with positive human experiences and assistance that digital apps do not provide.  The physical connection continues to be the best way to promote customer relationships.  By creating a physical space that maximizes these authentic interactions, you incentivize customers and members to visit your branch when they need expert advice.
