The client for the Georgia Oral Care project envisioned a three story building to include a surgical center,  treatment/exam rooms, administrative areas, and a future medical tenant suite, all with additional space to accommodate future growth. The client preferred a modern aesthetic and a comfortable feel for the patients.  The overall site planning allows for future development of the adjacent property.
