HFR worked with the City of Duluth Parks and Recreation Department to develop W.P. Jones Park – a 20 acre site off Pleasant Hill Road which includes a restroom facility, tennis courts and site amenities for the Duluth community. A small stream divides the park into two sections allowing the placement of two entrances. The southern entrance leads to a small parking lot serving a tennis facility with a restroom/storage building. The northern half of the site includes a community center, playground equipment, a picnic shelter, restroom facility and soft surface walking trails.
