This edgy, contemporary retail space adds style and class to its surroundings in Duluth. In the Gwinnett Place area, this project uses a mix of stone materials along with brick and EIFS for the exterior finishes, providing an eclectic overall look. Canopies overhang many of the doors and windows, and the nautical lighting fixtures illuminate the sidewalks and breeze ways. Throughout the site, there are numerous areas for patrons to enjoy rest and relaxation amidst their shopping and dining excursions.
