HFR drew inspiration for this retail space from the village concept. By varying the architecture, it gives the appearance that these spaces were built over time by different shop owners each having their own unique style. This multi-colored development offers pedestrians open walking areas to move freely from one shop to the next. The exterior has a range of materials and finishes creating a varying scale of commercial space in this John’s Creek overlay district.
