LILBURN CITY HALL – PROGRAMMING AND MASTER PLANNING
Lilburn, GA
After completion of the City Hall project in Duluth, the City of Duluth recommended HFR for the programming and master planning of the City of Lilburn’s new City Hall project. Situated at the corner of Main and Church streets, a 20,000 square foot branch of the Gwinnett County Public Library accompanies the 24,000 square foot government complex, all of which is visible from nearby Lawrenceville Highway. Active planning with city leaders has led to a growing confidence among developers and investors that is central to the revitalization of the downtown area.
“We found that working with HFR was a pleasure and their staff to be extremely knowledgeable in the programming for the new building, master planning for the city and innovations in technology and sustainable design.” – Bill Johnsa, Lilburn City Administrator
