THE LOOP

The City of Duluth enlisted HFR to design its new 43,000 square foot city hall. HFR included historical building references throughout the neo-classical structure, such as double columns, brick and stone, detailed balustrades on the buildings and a classical porch and lawn as a transitional element to the adjacent park and town green.
